How to contact o2

My friend urgently needs to contact O2 customer service but all methods to contact them are imposible to get through on, tried chat and unavailable, tried phoning and thats useless, just goes round in circles and an email will take forever for them to get back to me.

Any help in contacting them would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, he actually got through on one of the 0800 numbers, the customer service advisor was at home and took his details and passed it on to the relevant department but he's still waiting to hear from them.
