Water escaping from neighbours down pipe into my patio

My neighbour down pipe drain is blocked so, instead of getting it fixed they dug through to my front patio do that the water comes through my property.  I am afraid I will be flooded out.

Hmm, a very Techie Stuff query - are you on Windows 10, 7, chromebook or Apple thingy?
Have you tried restarting your device to see if this helps the issue?
    ;)

When I bought my house, the attic space was closed in.  The next door house is now an HMO the owner has knocked down the partition between mine.is that allowed?  I have been afraid since especially those people living there.  I am really scared and don’t know what to do. I haven’t been up there now for quite a while as I do not feel safe.  What can I do, who can I complain to and now this Coronavirus is around? I am frightened.  I am on my own.

As I can't post links yet (why not?) close up the space before assets.
As for the flooding can't you talk to your neighbour?
