Bounce Back Loan as Halifax Personal Account Customer

Anyone else having problems with HSBC & BBL'S? Applied on 20/05/20 and apart from an automatic reply with ID number I have not heard a thing since. I have called their customer service who admitted they have been inundated and could not give any update on our application. I know of one other person who applied 6 days after me and received the money into their account 2 days ago. If they need further info then just ask. I have even emailed the CEO of HSBC with out reply. Frustrated as this money will really help our business get Moving again. We have had a business account with HSBC for over 12 years.

Halifax do not offer Bounce Back Loans.

Halifax don't do business accounts and its against the terms and conditions to run a business on a personal account.
Halifax will divert you to lloyds to setup a business account but if that will be accepted currently is another question.
Why haven't you already setup a business account?
