Just an update, it's been almost 4 months and still haven't heard anything since...

They won't have gone away. They have 6 years to sue.

Please add your comments on the new statutory Code of Practice, which is about to be put out for public consultation. 

Consumers need to put your thoughts about clarity of text in signs, the level of parking charges, consideration, grace periods, discount times (should be 21 days not 14 IMHO) and anything else that needs to be improved.
