BW Legal - Fighting the historical ticket

I've followed the guidelines on this forum and have been scouring other BW Legal threads but have hit a hurdle with what my next steps should be.
I received a private parking fine back in 2018 for allegedly leaving my car in a Dulux paint shop carpark overnight. The car had been there all night while the shop was closed, and subsequently moved the following morning before the store opened. I was given a ticket however around 7am (store opens at 8am).
The following screenshots are my correspondence with BW Legal so far, any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

This has become jokers paradise with BWLegal
Dear Sirs,
REF: XXXXXX
I refer to your initial letter dated xxxx.
Within the letter you clearly stated that the added £60 was your clients debt recovery costs
My response dated xxx requested your legal authority to charge a further £60. Your reply dated xxx ignored my request and you have failed to give reason as to what is your legal authority. Your reply also said that the £60 was now a contractual cost? As debt recovery costs and contractual costs are completely different to each other, I would consider that any claim you make would be unreliable as clearly you do not know what the £60 is for.
You claim to rely on the Parking Eye v Beavis case which you fail to understand, and I will quote what a judge recently said to a parking company ... ""It is nothing more than a poor attempt to go behind the decision of the Supreme court". Caernarfon County Court, Claim number F2QZ4W28
Further more, a recent case where BWLegal brought a claim for Britannia Parking to Luton County Court, claim number F0DP77KP which was struck out by the judge for again Abuse of process
Your claim is unlawful and that is the reason your numerous cases are dismissed for Abuse of Process.
You are well aware of your disaster in Southampton County Court.
At this stage I will remind you of the new Civil Procedure Rules and your claim giving two different reasons for adding £60. You appear to think that one is valid when both are unlawful. As you have not given any legal authority for the £60 charge, I will assume that any such statement you make will be unreliable and I will request the court to strike out your claim on this basis and abuse of process.
As I will show the court your letters and your two different interpretations of your unlawful £60 charge plus numerous BWLegal cases that have been struck out for abuse of process, I strongly suggest that you now discontinue your claim and that you and your client bear their own costs. I will not claim costs against you.
Their will however be costs from myself if you proceed to court.
Please reply within the next 7 days
Yours faithfully,
PS: Along with your errors, it would be wise to point out that (SARS) as per your letter, is a disease ???5 -
Have you read this?
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6014081/abuse-of-process-district-judge-tells-bwlegalNine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the enacted
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Umkomaas is right.
You were asking the wrong company for the SAR (amusingly they've called it SARS). After a letter mentioning COVID-19, then SARS in the next email, BW Legal really are a disease.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
