Why the exclamation mark after court action, as if that's something new?  You already have this link and you know not to be concerned and that no-one has been sued re this site, and if they were OF COURSE it's defendable:

You should all be reporting that scam site to the local MP and to the DVLA for the lack of signage/entrapment.

Re the MP, yes, object that they are misadvising constituents if they don't realise about the new 2019 Parking (Code of Practice) Act. They need to stop telling people to pay a stupid sum of money and stop believing the IPC.  They need to read the Hansard records of the Parking (Code of Practice) Bill from February 2018, July 2018 and November 2018 and stop telling people to 'contact debt recovery' who are the last people to contact and should always be ignored because this is NOT post-action, it's a pre-action scam.  Also, why have they believed the IPC, who are discredited by MPs in the Hansard records and are responsible for creating the 'race to the bottom' between the two Trade Bodies, who between them have failed so miserably to ensure 'self regulation' that the Government (MHCLG) has had to step in.

You don't need individual advice about this standard scam. This is nothing new.
 
Updates on the group thread are easier for us to handle and more helpful to you and others in the same boat. That's what the group thread is for, to stop us getting an unworkable amount of exact same threads.

IMO your MP is not very well informed about the scam, I would not bother contacting him/her again.

Hello @D_P_Dance, nice to see your return. Is it now the case of 'knowing how far you could go, now you know you've gone too far'?  Shouldn't you have been given diplomatic immunity? 😄
