IF there is a valid reason is the key point. The IPC is not fit to be an accredited trade association. My scammers requested over 1,200 motorists’ details without landlord authority and claiming to use mobile ANPR which Mr Will Hurley stated last week he has no idea what it is - following my police report to him that a man on site with a camera, is not mobile ANPR(A = automatic, little or no human involvement). My car was parked right up against a Cornish hedge and the scammer somehow got behind it for a rear photo - quite impressive really but worrying the lengths someone will go to for £60.5

Here is a letter sent to Moneyonline, part of the Daily Mail, more so the great Gladstones IPC scam
This is not about the DVLA but the scam which allows them access to the DVLA
But this letter beamerguy, it really explains why referring to the PPCs as scammers is entirely accurate. Somewhere in Point 4 it loses clarity somewhat ... well to my mind it does. I'd like to see that letter improved a bit and bandied about.2 -
This is not about the DVLA but the scam which allows them access to the DVLAI disagree. The DVLA is ultimately at fault as it is failing in its duty to regulate its own ATAs. It has consistently ignored all the evidence provided about the IPC/Gladstones conflict of interest and allowed the scam to continue.3

The DVLA know that for every £2.50 they collect there will be a fellow human being about to suffer shock, trauma, harassment and intimidation and the strong possibility that it will cost the majority £100 each. Morally bankrupt! The misery they are at the root of is a national disgrace.
EDIT TO ADD - just changed the word 'motorist' to read 'fellow human being' as the former is too inanimate to fully express this. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
