I fail to see the point of your letter talking about your assets ????

Here is a letter sent to Moneyonline, part of the Daily Mail, more so the great Gladstones IPC scam

This is not about the DVLA but the scam which allows them access to the DVLA

Here is a copy of the email, HOW THE SCAM WORKS ....

    Dear Sirs,

Further to your article regarding private parking companies.
I am unsure if you understand the huge scam that operates
    in this business.
You mentioned the International Parking community known
    as the IPC.

The IPC was set up by Gladstones solicitors
The IPC in turn set up the IAS which claims to be an
independent assessor similar to POPLA but in reality,
it is a method of rejecting appeals on behalf of the IPC
    members.
The members of the IPC were members of the BPA but
were lured into the scam of the IPC because they knew
that the vast majority of appeals against them will be
    rejected

    HOW THE IPC SCAM WORKS:
1: The motorist gets a parking ticket
2: They appeal to the parking company which is rejected
3: They are then given the opportunity to appeal to the IAS
    which is also rejected
4: Shortly thereafter, the motorist receives a letter from
a debt collector, normally DRP, who add £60 automatically
and threatening to take people to court ?
As you probably know, debt collectors involved in the
parking scam have no power and cannot take people
to court.  At this stage, due to scare tactics, many people
will pay, mainly because the fear of a CCJ.
Whilst it is advised that debt collectors like DRP must be
ignored as they are powerless .... after a while it is passed
back to the PPC ....... the £60 is passed back as well, despite
DRP claiming they "act on a no win no fee" basis

If the motorist has ignored DRP, then there is no charge
to the PPC but still the £60 is added and passed on

The final part of the scam is that Gladstones solicitors
are instructed and then take the motorist to court and
adding on the DRP scam £60

The Gladstones scam goes in a full circle ??? A SCAM

I think you will!  And I saw the joke about the house price.

Can you attach a photo for them of you with a happy face, holding the judgment about the DVLA case you won?

Do you mind if I send you a pm at some point as I think your case might add something to a complaint I plan to make and maybe we can liaise on it?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Absolutely pm me.  I have just discovered how to use it!  I saw you were working on a complaint.

The house price is crass but I wanted it to stand out somehow.  It might be picked up by the DM on a slow news day.

I am now tired of being polite and being ignored.  I sent this email to FOI (copying in the ICO, DVLA legal team etc) on 30th April and received an apology with the correct information the next day.  In the past I have been patient, reworded to make myself understood and then waited another 3 weeks for the response.
I would still advise others to be polite - I might end up in jail!

As a landlord I have no objection to the DVLA relwasing RK details if there is a valid reason.  In many/most cases the PPC has a valid reason imo.  It is how the PPC then use it that is the problem.
