It's not that important, but since this whole site is about saving money, I shall persevere!!  Just click on the link below:

    Free 'Live' Equifax Statutory Report
Thanks again, but this is where I have been and it always takes me back to the Equifax statutory credit report within the Equifax Protect portal.

I have also tried clearing my history and trying different browsers and devices to no avail.

I wanted to pursue this so I got my wife to request her statutory report. The result looked just like mine but without the credit score and alerts.

My conclusion is that the Equifax statutory credit report for someone with an Equifax Protect (zero cost) subscription is exactly the same as the Equifax Protect credit report.

I guess this makes sense because it does come from the CRA but I had expected it to have a different look and feel like the Experian one does.

I am only nagging because it is your statutory right to have free access to your credit file
I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

    I love my job

    Thank you @Willing2Learn,

However, I believe that you have misunderstood my issue. I do have free access to my credit file via my free access to the Equifax Protect product. I had expected the statutory report to look different but having seen my wife's statutory report I know now that I have their only version of the statutory report.
