Now tv Broadband switch

I’m currently with Now tv for fibre broadband and unlimited calls.  My contract has just ended and my monthly charge has gone up from £26 to £40 so I’m trying to switch.  No matter who I try to switch to it always comes back fibre unavailable, presumably due to the current crises.  Has anyone been able to switch at present or am I stuck paying the extra £14 until things get back to, more or less,normal.

Open Reach are on lockdown no home visits few if any exchange visits priority repairs and vulnerable at present .

Though i would not have thought that web sites would be saying no fibre .

Found one, Shell energy, and started the switch.  There was no way i could have contacted Now tv prior to starting the switch.  Shortly after i had started the switch I received an email from now giving me a phone number to ring to see if they could give me a better deal.  Long story short Now have reduced the price to £22 so original now price £25 rising to £40 this month and Shell price £31.
