How Many Current Accounts Do You Have?

I think it's wise to have more accounts then it makes sense to use one or two mostly.
I feel even safer doing this.
On the other hand I don't think it makes sense to have more than 2 or 3 credit cards, unless they have very different characteristics (and I remember which ones they are before using them at random...).

It absolutely makes sense to have 2 or 3 credit cards, for essentially the same reason you would have multiple current accounts. At a minimum, 1 VISA and 1 Mastercard makes sense, just in case one of the networks goes down - as has happened in the not too distant past with the VISA network. Plus, you could have one of your cards blocked, just like you can have one of your current accounts blocked.

I presume you didn't follow the link - which goes to information of fees and charges re using debit (AND credit) cards when travelling as illustrated below. Also gives information re travel insurance, ordering travel money etc so don't judge content of a page by what a URL says

11+  Got to have a hobby in retirement 😂.  Is there like say a bank account collectors wall chart where you can tick off those you've got and see which ones you still need to collect? 😜

And of course your survey is going to provide useful, factual, truthful data because obviously none of us have lied (or would ever dream of doIng so on random surveys)....

    I've 5,

I've one where I have to have to get my wage into and a Santander Student account for the Overdraft.

Then Lloyds for the Mobile Cheque Deposits, Monzo to be modern, and an RBS group account. I've had the RBS for ages the balance is £0 for years.

I've got 14 - although not quite sure where I stand with the Virgin Money one, so it might be 13.
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

Consider me told off and feeling silly.
