Tui admits flight delay compensation but cheque has never arrived, what can I do next?

I had a flight delay of ~16 hours with Tui on a flight departing the 16th Feb 2020, I put in an online claim the following day and I recieved an email on the 19th Feb confirming that as per EU regulations I was entitled to £504 compensation and that a cheque would follow within 14 days. However it never arrived, I have followed up with Tui on the phone and again on Facebook and they just say that the cheque will be with me shortly. I don't know how I can escalate the dispute to ensure I recieve the compensation? Any help would be much appreciated as it is a significant amount of money.

I have a feeling that who ever deals with this plus the bank that issues the cheque may be at home due to the coronavirus, you might have to wait till normal service is resumed0

Agreed, simple Eu261 claims are now at the back of the queue as the staff, at least those that can work from home, are dealing with millions of cancelled holidays. I suspect the accounts department itself may be closed until the offices reopen0
