Virgin Media Contract Renewal

My contract ends in May. I can see from my account that I will lose my £13pm discount. I have tried to contact VM but after 5 hours of waiting on web chat - nobody answers. As it stands VM can just sit pretty and enjoy the benefit of mine and other peoples discounts being lost.

On the Virgin media community help forum you may find advice on using the VM text service or some posters have got through by phoning at 8am.0
