Easyjet luggage fees

I booked flights for November 2020 a few weeks back and paid the full price on return luggage which amounted to over £100.  The following week they changed the price of luggage to £1.98 each way!  I've asked if I can have the difference in vouchers to put towards my next Easyjet flight but they say luggage in non-refundable.  If this was a shop I would take the items back for a refund and then re-buy as the difference is quite a lot.  Is there anything I can do please?

whilst shops may have a policy that they allow non-faulty returns within x days for refund, this is not a legal requirement and a decision that the company makes.
Easyjet's "baggage fees are non-refundable" is their decision
