Vanquis 1 year fixed rate bond rate?

I've just checked it this morning, and the correct amount is showing in my Vanquis 1yr bond.  I had to transfer by telephone from my on line current account since their electronic transfer amounts are limited, and the lesser amount I was trying to transfer was failing for some reason. 

I only just made it, being my last day I could fund it the account.  I'm so glad I don't have to spend the morning on the phone!

I think some of the details and number of digits available to identify the source and destination are needlessly confusing in bank transfers, and I'm used to doing this. I guess this is the cause of much confusion, delays and occasional disasters. Obviously they won't be confusing for people who work in the banking sector since they designed them.
