Paid in a cheque today with barclays

My Mum also had this, paid in a Barclays cheque to a Barclays account and it cleared into available funds real quick.

I once paid in via HSBC app on a Friday afternoon and had the money into my available balance by 9am Monday.

I would say I fit into that category, got a £5000 overdraft facility, so you may be right. You can bet I'll keep my eye on the next cheque I bank just to see, but that will probably be in a year or two.

Forgot to add, this was not a Barclays cheque, it was HSBC.
