I didn't say it was!   I was responding to DCFC79 who seems to believe everyone finds the telephone equally accessible, which isn't true.

If anybody thinks the way NatWest are handling these issues needs to be looked at and have their process changed to reduce the amount of innocent people having accounts wrongly closed and money held then please sign this and help promote it to help us change it.
