Jet2 Holidays

Hi,
I have cancelled a holiday with Jet2 holidays (it's not coronavirus related) as it's for much later in the year.
I'll give them their due as they were quick at refunding as I'd paid in full when I booked, despite the other problems and lack of empathy they've shown, far less than other bookings with easyJet and TUI, who have fared much better in my experience and been a lot more proactive.
However, they have deducted the deposit of £60 (expected) and an amendment fee of £50 (not expected). I've had a look through their booking conditions and it doesn't mention anything about 2 charges, just the standard table of charges depending on how far away the departure date is, and as this holiday was more than 70 days away, it shows that loss of deposit would be charged. https://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions#terms5
This was a straight forward package holiday and nothing fancy as mentioned in their exceptions, such as scheduled airline flights etc.
Can anyone advise before I contact them again please?
TIA
