That is good to hear. I stay in a Premier Inn several times a year and this sort of feedback is certainly encouraging
  • My experience with Premier Inns has always been good too :)

We find them handy for a 1 or 2 night break - Our cat can let himself in and out and it saves the stress of him going to a cattery which he has to for longer breaks.

Morning all.  Pre-Covid, I made a non-flex booking at Premier Inn Gatwick North for 20 March 2020 (overnight stay for an early morning BA flight to Jersey).  When BA cancelled the flights, Premier Inn allowed me to change the date - kicked on to 6 November 2020. Now that BA are no longer flying from Gatwick, I'm asking Premier Inn if they would now consider a refund (the website only allows for a change in date, no option to change airports etc.)  From the comments in this section, I'm optimistic that Premier Inn might consider this, or offer a voucher (especially as the Jersey holiday has been kicked on again to November 2021 in the hope of a return to normality). The only option I could see was to email Premier Inn as an "Other" question - does anyone have a more direct option to contact the customer services team?

I booked a room for a Premier inn for 2 nights last weekend for myself and 2 daughters 32 and 27, good job that I checked because the 3rd person has to be 15 or under I think. I had to book a second room and stay in it on my own. I believe the Travel lodges allow 3 adults in a room

That is unexpected. Given they can make the room up as a twin room so an adult can sleep on the single "sofa" bed, but they won't allow three people aged over 16.
Just seems strange but it is their policy. https://www.premierinn.com/gb/en/faq/group-bookings.html

I was very surprised when I stayed at a Premier Inn, might have been Swansea, as when I was asked the next morning (upon checkout) how I slept I said "Not bad, the bed wasn't very comfy & the shower pressure wasn't the best, but for £45 I can't complain". To which the receptionist said she was sorry & proceeded to refund my stay as it was under their good night sleep guarantee!! I didn't even know they had such a thing & I certainly wasn't complaining.
