Well done! Only worth pursuing if you have expended lots of time and had any expenses. To claim any more than time off work, travel and parking up to a total of £95 will require you to prove the claimant's unreasonable behaviour and that is a high bar!2

They have wasted your time, consider wasting theirs, read this

You should definitely pursue your casts, you attended a hearing which was adjourned due to their issue (their rep couldn't explain the POFA and why they were pursuing you). They were given 7 days to explain, but clearly they can't because they don't want the Judge to know these were non-POFA and they never had ANY case against a registered keeper, because the law is clear. So they discontinued.
How come no-one refers back to the NEWBIES thread at this stage and reads the example about costs, linking to the thread by @bluetoffee1878 ? I seem to say this tie and again, that's why the links are there.
Anyway - well done and congrats! ANOTHER CP Plus / Group Nexus ONE BITES THE DUST!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
