I hope you didn't reveal the driver's identity in your initial appeal or any subsequent contact with the scammers.

If you have a NTK but didn't appeal that, then you are now outside the appeal window, but I suggest you send the blue appeal template from the first post of the NEWBIES anyway.

PPL are IPC members so there is/was no second appeal stage.

What happened when the keeper complained to the landowner/retail manafer/CEO?

Have you complained to your MP yet about this unregulated scam.

The fourth post of the NEWBIES sticky thread that asks you to read it before posting tells you precisely what to do about debt collectors.

Other than that you are in ignore mode unless you get real court papers. Come back to this thread if that happens.
Hi. I have not done anything yet apart from appeal which was ignored. Then contacted the company asking them why it was ignored and they said because I left my address out. This was unintentionally done. Everything else I have ignored.

They never had a PCN on their window and I did which was strange. I appealed it and never got a response from them. I received the Notice to Keeper on 6th March. I emailed them again asking why as I appealed it and their response was, 'I didn't put my home address in the original email.'
And that's why they went the DVLA for your home address!  You not following their appeal instructions has opened you up potentially for keeper liability. If you'd have provided your address, it's unlikely they would have contacted the DVLA. Not doing so means they would have failed PoFA and could not have held you liable.

Those who believe they know the escape routes ......
Yes. Unfortunately, I have never appealed a parking ticket before, as this was my first one it was unintentionally left out.

You should have appealed as keeper to the NTK, because they disregarded the first appeal.
You could try a complaint to the BPA if they are still in the AOS, and say it is clear that the keeper appealed and yet no POPLA code was provided.

Apart from that, defend as and when you get a claim.  DCBL cases are badly evidenced and easy enough to defend.   No risk, nothing bad, no costs, no CCJ - as long as you follow our advice.

Had you realised that the other cars with notes on, might well be 'plants' by the parking firm to entice other people to feel they were safe to park despite the broken machine?
As above then, and as Le_Kirk said:
OK, as Fruitcake says you will be wise to ignore any appeal to an IPC company. (I can see your thread title now says Premier Parking Logistics).  Waiting then for a letter of/before claim and possible court papers.

So you know already, to complain to the BPA because I advised that first.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Apologies - first time on here, so hope this is the right place to post.

I received a PCN from Premier Parking Logistics as my ticket had fallen off the dash into the footwell, but reading the forum, I am confused about whether to appeal.  I have the ticket and I paid using a card so have proof from my bank statement.  However, some of the advice is not to engage with this company, as unless they have my details, they cant pursue me.  My difficulty is that I am not the registered keeper, it is a lease car through my company and the last thing I want is a fine or debt collection letter going to my company.  Do I appeal or ignore?
