Ryanair cancelled our flight from Limoges to Leeds on the 19th March 2020. I was unable to make a refund claim as the website kept telling me I had entered the wrong booking number, I hadn’t. Spent 2 days doing this. Then they emailed me at 12.30 on the day of the flight, (flying 1520), to say the flight was now uncancelled. The airport is 90 minutes away, so impossible to get there. 30 minutes later I got an email saying the flight was going from Fez, Morocco, and to make my way there! Had no joy getting though to Ryanair. Very annoyed, but not the end of the world. How do you get Ryanair to respond. Phone calls are no good. Thanks John
