No CCJ can be issued without a judgment in court , hence the acronym CCJ , think about it

The parking company or their solicitors can issue a court claim within 6 years

The debt collectors are powerless and can do nothing at all except send letters

Worrying won't help you at at all , it's a financial dispute between 2 parties , you won't be tried for murder and executed , it's a dispute over money with a judge acting as referee , they won't kill your cat or transport you to the penal colony !!
