However - it would may be useful to you to reveal the aforementioned information so that the folks here can opine on the merits of your case - they might just save you £25 and a lot of hassle.

Hi Martin,

Please can I ask regarding Ferry travel to the Isle of Man, several friends and I were booked to sail over on 14th May 2020 but due to the Covid-19 the island is closed.  We are now having difficulties in reclaiming our ferry money, can you please advise
