There is a whole community dedicated to doing this. They award themselves things like "safari award" when they get a scammer to travel to a different country to collect non-existent money and "trophies" when they get scammers to send silly photo's of themselves.

If you are bored one day have a read through the 419eater.com forum to see what fun they get up to wasting the scammers time.
