hi guys,
we are having trouble getting a refund off air b and b. we were advised it was ok to cancel our booking in France in august. we followed the link from their site, we were told we'd get a full refund due to covid 19 but it would take 7-10 days. nothing happened, we've since been in contact and they say we didn't follow the rules so we aren't entitled to anything.
we did everything they said but they been adamant they wont refund.
any advice would be great.
please does anyone know if section 75 on barclaycard would help us get the money back. we paid £800 deposit

Do you get a notifaction when you follow the process for a refund ?
Eg your refund will arrive in x number of days0 -
yes it said 7-10 days but never came and weve been in dispute with ever since then0
