Three Help PAC Code

Hi 
Came to the end of my contract so I gave 30 days notice 
I've been trying to get a PAC code for the last few weeks 

Eventually they have given me the PAC code but have cancelled my contract and put me on payg and I still have over a week left on my contract which I have already paid for 

Im stuck now as my new sim hasn't arrived 

Can they do this?

Yes it was ending on the 3rd of May

That's after giving the 30 days required notice

The minimum term hadn't ended, so you would have been better to have just asked to for a PAC/STAC and used this with your new provider a couple of days before the minimum term ended.
