    It does not look like a minibond scam.     It is a clone scam.    There is no mini-bond in this case. Hence why it cannot be a minibond scam.  
    It is using a genuine unregulated non-retail investment with a high yield which the scammer is pretending is a fixed-term-deposit.   When the scam target pays the money, it wont buy that corporate bond. it will go into the pocket of the scammer.

    There seems to be a flurry of these type of posts recently . Either there are more scams around , or people stuck at home in lockdown/furlough are cruising the internet more and clicking on adverts/google results.
