Have you got a link to the product?
Blackrock are an investment manager, so don't usually do cash ISAs. Are you sure you aren't getting mixed up with some sort of bond investment?

Because Blackrock don't do fixed rate savings accounts and this is probably a clone scam, Did you click something on Facebook or Google?

Because MSE gives details of savings accounts not investments.

Either the bonds you are talking about are not fixed rate and your capital is at risk or this is a scam in which case your capital will be lost of you invest.

Is this what you mean? The top of the page says
"Capital at risk. All financial investments involve an element of risk. Therefore, the value of the investment and the income from it will vary and the initial investment amount cannot be guaranteed."

    Blackmore bonds perhaps?

Is someone still trying to sell the failed scheme?
Either way if it's not on the MSE best buy table then be very cautious as there are a huge number of fixed rate ISA mini bond scams out there.

If you are talking about genuine risk based investment funds from Blackrock then the reason is that MSE does not recommend investment products and funds because that is a regulated activity.

If you are talking about clone scams that are using a genuine company but trying to scam money out of you into a product that does not exist, then that is why it is not on MSE.

Blackrock do not have fixed rate ISA wrapped bonds.

I  am try to get as much information about them before investing my money.

Tell us where you have seen this information as what you are saying either has the hallmark of someone attempting to scam you or you completely misunderstanding what you are looking at.

  • FAO Lokolo,  you are correct it is not an ISA It is a fixed rate BOND which they say is ISA wrapped I.e tax free interest
but their "employee, " who contacted me after I registered an interest in high interest savings, seems a bit "keen" I am concerned as I have not seen any mention of them or their high interest products on MSE.s website's

They may be using a genuine investment bond from someone reputable to scam you by pretending it's a cash ISA. I strongly suggest you do not speak to them again. Just put the phone down and delete any emails. If you gave your details to that sort of website they may have you on a suckers list and try and scam you in other ways so be very cautious.

That is 100% a minibond scam. No financial institution would contact you to sell a product if you've simply registered (where) your interest in high interest savings. Especially not an investment company.

If it's a clone scam it won't be a mini-bond. They will simply take your money and have it away on their toes
