Advertised & Confirmed Upgrade from Three not being honoured.

On Sunday 26th April, I upgraded by contract online. I found an excellent deal which seemed almost too good to be true in that it was only a 12 month contract. With this in mind, I took screenshots in order to ensure the advertised deal was honoured. I completed the upgrade on the 12 month contract and received email confirmation highlighting all of these key points including new contract start and end date as well as the devices included and data package. I was even told the device would be delivered on 28/04/2020. Three have since text me saying there is an issue with upgrading to my new plan, and despite speaking on the phone and on chat, Three are refusing to acknowledge that they would have advertised a 12 month contract. Given the screen shots, and email confirmation I have showing the deal going through - multiple pieces of strong evidence - where do I stand with this? Am I entitled to three honoring their advertised deal? Thanks for your help.

To me it sounds like a new contract and not an upgrade so you would get a new number
was this Upgrade direct from Three? or was it off of another site because normally you would have to pac your number to another network and then back again.
