Selling during COVID-19 - Impossible or not?

If your estate agent has put it up for sale normally it goes straight knto the likes of Zoopla and Right Move. Have you looked to see if it's on there. What are the pictures like? Maybe your estate agent has had potential interest or maybe can see viewing figures just from it being on these sites.

I put a house on the market a day or two before Lockdown went into play. With no viewings being able to take place, i can't see how people are still buying but my estate agent keeps telling me it's not selling due to the price not because of the lockdown. No one has been able to view it yet though. 
Anyone in the selling game, can you tell me if things are still moving?

We didn't get any video footage to do a virtual tour, so that's out the window as well. I am thinking about taking it off the market until at least lockdown is over and people can view again. 

Take your own footage for the EA to use. 

It's a rental with an elderly lady, she wouldn't be able to use a camera in that way and she is also isolating. She is moving to be nearer her family up north, so no big rush for selling anyway

So it's not a vacant possession yet? not until the tenant leaves, which might not be any time soon.  I think there is your answer, it will only appeal to an investor who wants to keep the same tenant.
