When you plug it into your pc, the phone screen should show - 'Charging only' and 'Mass Storage' - Select 'Mass Storage' then press 'Done'... Open your 'File Manager' on your PC and you should be good to go from there...melbury said:
When I plug the phone into the PC via USB absolutely nothing happens - it doesn't appear anywhere, the PC doesn't seem to recognise it at all. Should the PC prompt me to install drivers? If so, it isn't doing it.Jon_01 said:When you plug the phone into the pc you should the sounds of a new device attached and the PC 'should' install drivers to talk to the phone. After that the phone should appear as a new drive on the PC. Just open it as you would any other drive and find the 'Mass Storage' folder.
If the images are on the memory card ( and I can't remember what type the 3310 took) you could remove that and connect it with a card reader to the PC through a USB port. . .
Have never installed a memory card on the phone, so don't know if it came with one.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

The 3310 is a very basic phone, it doesn't look as if any of the remedies so far offered would work. There's no help in the user guide either.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.1

Have tried but nothing seems to work, so as previously mentioned will not bother with photos on this anymore.RumRat said:

Ok.....
Have you got google photos on the phone? If not, download it and use that to back up your photos, then you can just log onto Google on your pc and view or download all your photos.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

There's no help in the user guide either. You can easily solve your photo transfer problem for £4 by simply buying a 16GB memory card e.g.Your 3310 only has 16MB of internal memory, so you would soon run out of memory if you don't add some extra memory by
inserting an micro SD memory card into the slot on the handset! Then follow the following simple steps:Copy photos, videos, music, and other content created by you (and stored on the memory card) between your phone and
computer.Copy content between your phone and computerTo copy content from the phone memory, you need to have a memory card inserted in your phone.1. Connect your phone to a compatible computer with a compatible USB cable.2. Select Mass storage.3. On your computer, open a file manager, such as Windows Explorer, and browse to your phone. You can see the content stored on the memory card.4. Drag and drop items between your phone and computer. It really is as simple as that!2 -

THIS article seems to suggest that it can be done, but, it could be wrong....
Not sure the quality of the photos makes any of it worthwhile though.
