I have been trying to work this out for ages and have found this link with what at first appeared to be fairly simple instructions, but I just cannot get it to work.

Where is the Mass Storage that I am supposed to select?
Please, does anyone know of a simple way to do this?
Many thanks.

Sorry, don't have a new 3310, but if it works the way Android phones work, make sure the phone is on when you connect the USB cable, and on a smartphone, the mass storage option appears on the the phone screen. Sorry, best I can do.

When you plug the phone into the pc you should the sounds of a new device attached and the PC 'should' install drivers to talk to the phone. After that the phone should appear as a new drive on the PC. Just open it as you would any other drive and find the 'Mass Storage' folder.
If the images are on the memory card ( and I can't remember what type the 3310 took) you could remove that and connect it with a card reader to the PC through a USB port. . .

Have never installed a memory card on the phone, so don't know if it came with one.

I was using one of the new 3310s for a while and as far as I remember, you can only transfer from a memory card to a computer and not from the phone's internal memory.2

I don't know about Nokia but \on ZTEs and Blackberrys you have to trawl through the settings and select the option, when it asks what to do when connected, from charge to transfer files etc.
I know Domestos kills 99% of germs, but I'm worried about the 1% that got away.1 -
Does the Nokia Data Suite not still exist?2

Email them to yourself - if they are large, connect via WiFi to save data!
