Three refund - cannot get in contact

I recently cancelled my contract with three and have since received my final bill, which states I am in credit by £82. It says I must ring to arrange a refund, however whenever I ring and no matter what extension I use (I’ve tried them all) I get the same message about contact centres running on reduced hours due to coronavirus and to use the live chat. The thing is I can’t get access to the live chat because I’ve left three, and the live chat contact option is only available through the app which I cannot use now. I also know that three do not operate using a customer service email, as when using the resolver website I get the message stating that they do not reply to support emails anymore and instead to use live chat/ring... so I’m pretty much stuck. Can anyone advise on how to get my refund? It would come in handy now more than ever considering the current situation.

    Seems like you might need to wait until the lockdown situation in India and/or the UK eases enough for a customer service agent to answer your call ..

    I thought that might be the case. Not the end of the world but it’s frustrating when I’m off work unpaid and have £80 I cannot get to which would help towards bills etc.

    The chat service is available on their website, and doesn't require any sort of login. It is open 9am till 6pm
