Been watching the local market more in recent weeks, this past week has been fairly busy after not much during the first 3-4 weeks of lockdown. Today there have been 13 listed. A lot more online viewings being highlighted as agents start trying to get things moving.
When using the housing forum please use the sticky threads for valuable information.

Barrett have just announced they are restarting construction May 11th...
I assume thats completing builds already started, makes no sense to leave part built structures,
I doubt they'll start any new sites for a while, nor put in for planning.

Similar here, though I do wonder if the numbers now are just ones that had been delayed by the lockdown. It will have taken a bit of time for agents etc to be working from home, possibly checking that sellers still want to go ahead. May have even been prioritising those sales already in progress.
