Doesn't this mean that typing up your rental contract with names , using a laptop , is processing your tenants information automatically ? ( The legal definition of processing on the ICO page means 'recording' ) . No-one would even think about handwriting 20 odd pages of contract , surely ?

You could print the agreements then add the names manually. But is it worth it to save £40?

I dont want to have to delete every email , retype a long contract , handwrite anything , or worry about it , so Im paying up lol. I thought Id have to but just thought Id have another read since Im sat here under the 'oldies umbrella!' Thanks for all comments.
