Just found their 4 other previous names. Ethical is one of them. So in their WS they state that my (old) permit from Ethical is from another company not related to OPS, lies.

Include that info from companys house in your WS
You CAN scan the CONTRACT that they included, because there may be parts we canuse against them. Please do so. ONLY redact info relating explicitly to you. NOthing else. If anything IS redacted, call it out so we know who redacted it.

Then please post the alleged contract, and the first and last page of the WS that gives the name of the (para)legal who allegedly produced it, and the statement of truth plus signature. 
From the contract, you should be able to tell if it complies with the strict requirements of Sections 43 and 44 of the Companies Act 2006. 

Check the company numbers for the company named on the contract and that of the claimant. If they are different then they are different companies even if they have the same owner.
If the claimant is a different entity to that on the contract, then they are a stranger to that contract meaning they were/are not party to it and therefore incapable of forming a contract with the motorist.

If time permits, post images of the signs they intend to rely on that were allegedly present at the time of the alleged event.

Don't forget to remove anything saying, Without Prejudice.

I can see their company's house number on the contract but not on their W/S, part from the NTK exhibit. It's the same.

I have removed without prejudice email from my WS.

Point out that that is a picture of a stock sign on a table (a desk in their office, clearly).  Seen that before!

From your WS and evidence, if you haven't sent it yet, I'd remove some of your photos of the car near signs.  Don't do their job for them.
