You cannot change your defence once it has been submitted to the court.  You can, however, write a stonkingly brilliant witness statement that backs up what you said in your original defence and adds evidence as indicated by @nosferatu1001 .
Reading back, I see you had help from @Coupon-mad concerning your defence and, whilst you submitted it before adding in the modifications suggested by @Coupon-mad, she did say you could add in her words to the witness statement.  Just have a read back through your own thread and you will see you have been given some good advice about how to write your witness statement.

Exhibits 12-15 have been included, however I left them out of this massive statement, as they take up so much space. I think it's all good, not expecting anyone to read it all, any comments on first  few pages would be gratefully appreciated.

That shows your full name right at the top!  And your name is on pages 9, 11, 13 and 15 as well in your Header.

I know who you are due to our emails, but you probably don't want to tell the World.  OPS will recognise your case anyway so it's nothing to worry about from the point of view of being worried about them.

Para 7  -  "The defendant was parked............"

Should the WS be written as RK and driver  -  the email in evidence probably gives away who the driver was as well

You have written the witness statement as if it was a defence.  Defences are third person whilst witness statements are written in the first person.  You are the witness therefore you say "I" not "the defendant".

Thank you all for your comments, I have made the changes, including first person, spelled checked and reread once more. I will send to court and claimant this afternoon. Thank you once again, I will give you an update after the hearing.

I haven't read your WS in detail, but I believe you cannot include anything headed, "Without Prejudice".

Have you received the scammer's WS and exhibits? If so, please show it here for the regulars to look over before you submit yours. Hopefully there will be a site plan and copy of the alleged parking contract.
If it doesn't, then you can add to your WS that they have deliberately omitted this evidence that is vital to their case.

Dear fruitcake, Thank you for your comments, the scammer's WS was only posted to me via the Royal Mail and is over 70 pages long, so will be impossible for me to scan and upload, however it does not have a site plan, so will add in the deliberately omitted part.
There is an alleged parking contract. It states that the alleged contract began on the 01/04/2017, which is the month I should have received my new permit.  They also state that Ethical Parking Management (the previous scammers) is a different company. From my research and talking to the freeholder, it's the same company, with a name change. Does anyone know which is true? And can I use this in any way?

How on earth can an alleged BOC claim from a PPC be that long.  Surely this amounts to unreasonableness.
