Who to trust?

I have rung my local council today and they have confirmed I am on the register for my current property which I know, and said there isn’t much they do can if it’s currently on 2/3 CRA’s so should I ring Experian and ask them why they aren’t putting the correct information on?

Ringing Experian is a waste of time doesn’t even have an option to question why something is wrong on your report so where do I go from here? Email?

Experian can't do anything.
It's the Council that need to chase it with them, not you.

There saying there is nothing they can do as it’s being reported correctly to the other two CRA’s yet Experian it’s not so who’s at fault?

Ask them to confirm what they are reporting to Experian and to check it again then!

Ok I will give them a ring again tomorrow see what I can do, is there deffo somebody within the local council that deals with this?

I’ve just signed Upto checkmyfile and they report Experian as having me on the Electoral roll at my current address shows when they put me on and took off my old address, so do I just forget about it and hope for the best?

Check my file pull data from Experian.

Make sure to cancel that subscription so you don’t get charged.

So surely they must have the correct info on my electoral roll. And yes I will cancel it before the 30 days is up.

Update

i ordered my Statutory report from Experian, and got my unique passcode in the post. And it shows my current address as electoral roll. So credit club is a load of garbage!
