So should I ring up Experian and Credit Karma and ask them if they could look into it?DCFC79 said:
The agencies can only display what data they are provided with.Carl2510 said:But I’ve been at my house 3 years and 4 months now so I would of thought the likes of Credit Karma and Experian would be updated by now?

Is there any point in me contacting credit karma since they get there info from TransUnion and they actually have me at my current address for Electoral Register?0

No.You need to contact whichever lenders aren’t updating the CRA’s with the correct information.0

So I need to contact my local council then? As it’s the Electoral roll that I’m concerned about, Equifax, TransUnion ClearScore, TotallyMoney, all have it correct, Credit Karma and Experian dont.D3xt3r5L4b said:No.You need to contact whichever lenders aren’t updating the CRA’s with the correct information.0 -
Don't worry about Credit Karma as you've said Transunion have the correct data. Actually, Totally Money is also using your Transunion data.Carl2510 said:Is there any point in me contacting credit karma since they get there info from TransUnion and they actually have me at my current address for Electoral Register?
The point of my original reply is that you only need to ensure it is correct with the CRAs themselves - Experian, Equifax and Transunion.2 -
Thank you for your help, but it seems I still need to sort it for Experian, I’m using it through this website and it’s not got my current address. How would I go about sorting that?Speedbird676 said:

This is what it’s currently showing both say my old address from 3 years ago. The second one called Entry 3 does state the end which is 2017. 0 -
If you’re on the electoral roll then you need to contact your local council and ask them why they’re not reporting it as so to the CRA’s.

Just strange how they seem to have reported it to Equifax and TransUnion they not Experian, just to make sure I’m doing it correctly should I pay for my credit report from Experian or is the Credit Club a legit report from Experian and should show if I’m on it?D3xt3r5L4b said:If you’re on the electoral roll then you need to contact your local council and ask them why they’re not reporting it as so to the CRA’s.0 -
Use the MSE Credit Club.
Theres no reason to pay to access your report.0
