That connector looks pretty ancient so there may not be a separate isolator for it.Hasbeen said:

So it can be isolated if problem especially in winter months.
I would suggest ensuring you have an isolating valve fitted before continuing.

Turn the water off.
Undo the fitting then wrap plenty of PTFE tape around the olive on the pipe that sticks out of the wall.
Refit and tighten up.
