Three broadband issues

I was unable to upgrade to more data on my existing broadband deal but was told I could get a new contract and cancel my old. The new contract and router arrived but I cant get it to work on my works laptop. I am unable to get support from 3 as they have no broadband support team working. I have also been unable to cancel my old contract. I am now stuck with two broadband contracts with 3 yet cannot use them for working at home. I also asked if they could send a new router to see if that was the problem but no they cant. What do I do?
