Call the fraud squad. Guilty of making sure his car is serviced correctly. Imagine if garage owners got prosecuted for not servicing cars correctly. There wouldn't be many garages left.
What qualifies you to say it's serviced correctly, other than your own opinion?

    The service schedule.

You know this already but he meant relative to a dealer "not servicing it correctly".

Fred has a bee in his bonnet about most dealers either not actually doing the work or not doing it correctly.  It surprises me how he knows this, given he tells us he hasnt had a car serviced in a garage for decades....

And yet he's convinced he has better expertise and can do a better job using youtube then somebody who maintains and services vehicles for a living.

I do a better job because I have loads of time and I am interested because it's my car I am working on. I have never paid a penny to any garage for servicing. I have paid for occasional repairs but normally regret it because they are unsatisfactory. Just do it yourself for right first time.

Just because you say it doesn't make it better.

There we go - maybe other people would rather spend their spare time doing things that do interest them, leaving stuff they find boring and / or dont have the skills for to others?

A properly serviced vehicle isn't a better job than a properly serviced vehicle.

If you take a vehicle to a garage for a service most people won't have a clue whether they have done anything or not. There is no incentive for the garage to do anything. If they don't do something and you go to trading standards then trading standards tell you to ask the garage to do it. The garage industry is unregulated. They aren't inspected. Mechanics have no registration. No need for experience or qualifications. It's up to the customer to check up on the garage. No one will do it for you. Easier to forget it and do it yourself for a fraction of the price and know it's done right.
