Not sure what information we can give. You've accepted the voucher now. Based on others' experiences, chargeback won't work because you've accepted a remedy.
How were you tricked into it?0 -
So when I went in to apply for refund, had to sign in and all that l then entered all my details and when I got to the next page there was no refund button the only option was voucher and I agreed to the T&Cs which I know I shouldn’t have but when I couldn’t get thru to them on the phone I felt this was my only option.0

That's not really the same as being tricked into it, is it.
All you can do is contact them and ask if they'll let you change your mind.1 -
The only way I see you could get cash back is with a Section 75 claim if you paid by credit card, as doubt BA will do anything.
New User name as MSE gave me a number in my old one.

I doubt the credit card route will work, because the vouchers have been accepted voluntarily.1
-
I'm not sure that would work as the cc company is likely to view the acceptance of the credit note as adequate.1

If might not, but if OP is willing to try and battle for it (would take a while) all the OP would lose is time.Westin said:I'm not sure that would work as the cc company is likely to view the acceptance of the credit note as adequate.

At the moment the bank have refunded me the money have They a right to take it back if BA dispute it .0
-
If they dispute you have a legal right to keep chasing for it, it doesn't end just because BA want it to
