But Accor is a French company and the hotel is in France. The French government have changed their law to make refund via voucher/credit acceptable.Life__Goes__On said:

If you are due a refund then it's a refund via the method of payment it's English Law

It you paid via a UK credit card English law covers the payment it so due a full refund.
