iphone SE no sound on call
Hi
Bought an iphone SE on ebay, locked to Vodafone. Just bought a Vodafone sim and commissioned.
Callers cannot hear me at all. I can hear the caller but very faint. Earphones and speaker work but volume max limited, so much quieter on max volume compared to my girlfriend's iphone SE. The other issue which may or may not be connected is battery health. Showing as 78% but battery appears to be much better than that.
Seller claims phone was working fine and only being changed because of upgrade.
I have tried resetting the phone. Also tried cleaning the earphone port and multiple inserts/withdrawals of earphone jack and squeezing the phone in various places; nothing has worked.
Given myself a couple more days to sort out before throwing in the towel and returning phone.
If anyone can suggest anything else to try, please reply.

Sounds like it could've been water damaged when you bought it. Was it from a reputable seller or just someone selling their old phone?
Either way it sounds like this will have to get repaired at a shop, would get a quote and see if the seller is willing to offer a partial refund, if not just get yourself a full refund and a new phone.1
