  •  Dieting is a hard job.

  • I do 20:4 for the most part. I get a kick out of denying my body food once the glucose craving dictates that I'm hungry. I get past that, go to bed and don't have to eat a thing until midday the next day. By default I reduced from 3 meals a day with snacks to 2 meals a day with no snacks. It works for me.
