My previous new thread appears to have disappeared.
Did I mess something up, like cancelling it instead of posting it? This is very likely.
Is it in limbo, being moderated? This must happen, although I've never noticed a delay before
Was there something wrong with it? If so, then I assure you that it was unintentional. Sorry.

As far as I know they don't vet threads before they're posted, it's possible you started the new thread but forgot to click on the post thread button, I've done that myself with posts, especially if I use the preview post button. Try again Steve but make sure you click the right button!

It was a theoretical possibliity. In view of my "lost" post, I must concede the likelihood of me getting it wrong. Yet again. Someone like me could be the end of this planet."Hello? Uh, hello? Hello, Vladimir? Listen, I can't hear too well, do you suppose you could turn the music down just a little? A-ha, that's much better. Yeah, yes. Fine, I can hear you now, Vladimir. Clear and plain and coming through fine. I'm coming through fine too, eh? Good, then. Well then, as you say, we're both coming through fine. Good. Well, it's good that you're fine, and - and I'm fine. I agree with you. It's great to be fine. Now then, Vladimir, you know how we've always talked about the possibility of something going wrong with the bomb. The BOMB, Vladimir. The hydrogen bomb. Well now, what happened is .... "
