Mobiles.co.uk - No refund received 3+ months after it was "processed" - What to do?
Hi everyone, I cancelled an order of at the beginning of February (long story Mobiles.co.ul to blame - I can explain if anyone wishes). They said I'd get a refund within 5 days. It's now 3 months later and I've still not received the funds in my account. I've spoken to a number of reps. Some say it's "on my account" and they've "processed the refund now", others tell me the refund has been processed and will be with me "soon".
In addition, is there any recourse for them essentially stealing my money? Can I charge them late fees? Can I get the lost interest off them that I would've made? Ideally i'd like my money back, but their total lack of communication and professionalism has made me want to dig the arm in a bit!

Whats the interest going to be at current rates ??You could try an LBA letter before action ( google it )0
