Coventry 5 year Fixed Cash ISA maturing - what now?

Hi
My Coventry 5 year 2.40% Cash ISA fix matures 31/05/20, I will have around £66,000 in there on maturity.
I also have £15,000 in a Coventry easy access Cash ISA which I opened at 1.50%, which is dropping to 0.85% on 05/05/20 (money paid in 2019/20 Tax year), so I have this years full allowance available.
So, I am looking for good ISA accounts I can transfer into, I don't mind a few years fixed, but at the current low interest rates, I do not want to lock in too long, I have other money available, so should not need to access this money.
I have seen the 2 year Shawbrook Bank fix ISA at 1.48%, is that the best available ATM? has anyone seen any other better offers, or any other better products than an ISA? I am higher tax payer due to my earnings, so if I move out of an ISA I will pay interest on the interest.
Thanks for any advice.

To be honest in present climate where deals are coming and going daily it's impossible.to say as who knows what deals will be available come end of May!! Obviously can start mid May looking to see what's about and if something really catches eye could open if given usual 30 days old so to fund it but until then it's pretty pointless settling in a product which may no longer be available.

I spoke to Shawbrook earlier and they said I could apply now and get the rate, but do the transfer when the Coventry ISA matures 31/05/20 for the 2 year Fix by choosing that option, so that seems the best way, I cannot see the rates improving much in the short term with the current problems.
